The Kombucha
Oh, hello! Yes, we brew kombucha (and yes, that's where the 'brew' in our name stands for). We are possibly the smallest brewery of the Netherlands, and proud of it! It's our love project.
It started out as a fun experiment in our kitchen, but it slowly grew in something more. Now we have our own label, unique flavors and it's available at our store at the FLOUR store!

BUTCH the Kombucha is names after a dear friend from Colorado. He is 71 years old and likes what he knows. He wasn't excited when we discussed the 'bacteria juice', but now that it carries his name we might have enough leverage for him to give it shot!

Kombucha
Kombucha has been around for more than 2000 years. It's a fermented tea beverage. It has a delicate sweet and sour taste and can be slightly frizzy due to the natural fermentation process. Fun fact: if Kombucha brews for too long it becomes vinegar!
